In these terms, "you" means the person using this website, and "we", "us" and "our" mean iVORIA.

4. Products and information

  • We take care to describe our products, ingredients and images accurately. Packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Offers and discounts

Promotional offers apply only for the period and on the terms stated at the time of the offer. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Orders

Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
